This is a DRAFT ITINERARY of the departure. Some schedules and some activities may be modified. Closer to the date we will have the DEFINITIVE ITINERARY.

Wednesday May 25:  FLIGHT, MASK WORKSHOP, VISIT TO TILCARA
Flight to Salta or Jujuy  Transfer to the Quebrada de Humahuaca: the first thing we will do is go to Huacalera to visit the Solar del Trópico where we will have lunch, and after touring that beautiful place, we will do a mask workshop .
From there we go to Tilcara and make a brief visit to the town so that everyone knows where the main places are.
Finally we go to the North Wind. There we will have free time for those who want to rest (since we get up early to catch the flight), enjoy the inn or for those who want, go for a walk through the town. 
After check in they will offer us a snack.

Thursday May 26: DEVIL'S THROAT, PUCARA, CARAVAN OF LLAMAS
After breakfast we will leave in the minibus to the Garganta del Diablo area. There we will hike to the waterfall for about an hour and a half. And then, those who want to walk more can return to the town on foot (the rest return by minibus). 
Lunch in the village.
We are going to visit the Pucará de Tilcara visiting said archaeological site, which is the most important in the area, but also reviewing the "b side" (what is generally not known) of said place.
Finally we go to the Corral de Llamas to meet the people of Caravana de Llamas and go on a walk with them. It is very nice to walk with the llamas, listen to the stories and explanations that Santos and his people give us and we will also have a snack somewhere along the way.

Friday May 27: SALINAS GRANDES, CAMINO DE LOS COLORADOS, PURMAMARCA
After an early breakfast, we will leave for the Salinas Grandes, first passing through the Cerro de Siete Colores and the Cuesta del Lipán. Once we are there, we will enter the heart of the salt flats to visit the El Salvador mine, see "the eyes of the salt flat", have lunch and enjoy this incredible place with Ariel, our local guide.
We will go down the Cuesta del Lipán to Purmamarca: first we will walk the Camino de los Colorados, a walk of an hour or so, to finally reach the town of Purmamarca where we will visit the colorful center with the plaza and fair. And meanwhile we will offer an informal snack.
Return to Tilcara around 18 approximately.
